- Monday –Thursday 8AM-5PM
- Ability to see all ages preferred
- 12-15PPD
- Support Staff: 2 Hygienists, 2 Dental assistants, and Administrator
- Extractions, anterior and premolar endo preferred.
- Bread and Butter Dentistry
- EMR: Denticon
- Active TN License, Active Medicare number, Active DEA required
- 1-2 weeks credentialing timeframe
- Staff is very experienced and tenured. Very driven and patient focused overall as a clinic.
- Ideal candidate can work min 6 months
